Erbelli’s is known for their gourmet pizza, pasta, salad, and other Italian favorites both in the restaurant and for delivery, but many people aren’t aware that Erbelli’s has the best Kalamzoo catering service!

Let’s face it, pizza and pasta always sound good for lunch. The problem is you can’t order a full pizza and full pasta dish without having leftovers for days. You also have to decide what toppings you want on your pizza and what kind of pasta dish you want – that’s not always easy.

We make our delicious tomato sauce fresh daily. We begin by sauteing fresh onions and olive oil and then we add fresh blended California tomatoes and our special recipe of herbs and spices, this tomato-y goodness is constantly stirred and simmered on low for two hours.

Our calzones are made with folded-over pizza dough stuffed with fresh assorted meats, veggies, cheeses, spices, and sauces. We offer a small, large, or extra large option with 18 recipes to choose from.

With spring here and summer around the corner, many diners are looking for a light and fresh meal option. Like our award-winning pizzas, our wraps are made of the best quality meats, cheeses, and veggies.

Erbelli’s Gourmet Pizza announced “Slices for Hunger,” an initiative to fight hunger in the Kalamazoo area. For $1, patrons can purchase a slice of pizza to be donated to the Kalamazoo Mission.

In the past, we received a lot of requests to offer gluten free pizza. We know that many of our Kalamazoo customers adhere to certain dietary restrictions that would normally prevent them from enjoying our gourmet pizzas.
